Today we will be serving Ku Ding Cha. This is an herbal tea. We will be discussing its uses in traditional Chinese medicine. If you have valentine’s day plans, we can send you virtual notes upon request.

Attendance is not mandatory for every class. If you would like to drop in, it is $30 to attend each class (except class 6).
Ever wanted to sip the world’s most exclusive tea and learn more about Wuyi Mountain? Join Alicia Collins’ weekly tea class for an introduction on tea. You will learn about different kinds of tea as well as their healing properties. Each class will be focused on a specific kind of tea and you will be able to taste and smell each one for yourself. You will leave this class with a more refined palate, a better understanding of how to serve Gong Fu style tea, as well as the ability to distinguish different kinds of tea from each other.
Most significantly, she will be serving Shui Jin Gui - also known as Golden Water Turtle, a 26year aged wuyi tea from a 100 year old tree. Due to it’s extremely limited global supply, it retails at $125 for 0.25oz, but you can have it served hot in this group tea class for $120. Participants will also receive a complimentary tea gift set and be able to taste a new kind of tea every week of class!
This class will be held every Monday & Tuesday at 2:30PM -3:30PM. Each Class is expected to run for at least 45 minutes with 15 minutes of Q&A time.
Tuition is $120 for 6 classes. Registration session is on Tuesday, Feb 1. Classes officially start Monday, Feb 7th.
