Basic Technique Example — Tui (Pushing) Technique
The Tui technique is one of the twelve foundational Tuina methods.
It refers to using the fingers, palms, or elbows to adhere to a specific area of the body’s surface, then applying forward pushing motions in straight or curved lines with rhythmic consistency. This technique emphasizes balanced pressure and steady rhythm, and is one of the most commonly used and foundational Tuina methods.
