Initial Visit: My niece has thyroid cyst, can you take a look to see what herbs would be better for her?
Tongue diagnosis (before treatment): tongue is red, coating is white and greasy, 1/3 of the tongue is thick and greasy.
TCM diagnosis: Liver Qi stagnation, spleen deficiency and excess dampness.
Herbal Formula: Chai Hu 6g, Bai Shao 6g, Fu Ling 6g, Jie Geng 6g, Ling Zhi 3g, Chen Pi 3g, Lu E Mei 6g, decoction, taken one dose per day, ten doses.

Feedback from follow-up visit: My nephew took it for a week, the neck is noticeably thinner.
Tongue Diagnosis (after treatment): Tongue is red, coating is white and light, with noticeable decrease in thickness and greasiness.
Herbal Formula: Continue the original herbal combination for ten more doses.
