Case Study: Infertility

Patient: female, age 36

Date of first remote consultation appointment: Nov. 29th, 2021

Chief complaint: Over the past 5 years, patient has tried IVF for 4 times, and all ended with miscarriage. Hyperthyroidism, anxiety, depression, lack of energy, sleeping issues. Pale tongue and white coating.

TCM diagnosis: Spleen and kidney yang deficiency, liver qi stagnation,

TCM treatment principles: tonify spleen and nourish blood, tonify kidney and improve yang energy, regulate liver qi and relieve stagnation
