Tie guan yin (simplified Chinese: 铁观音; pinyin: tiěguānyīn; It mean 'Iron Goddess of Mercy'; is a variety of Chinese oolong tea that originated in the 19th century in Anxi in Fujian province. Tieguanyin produced in different areas of Anxi have different gastronomic characteristics.
Preparation Instructions:1. Boil water, we recommend using spring water.2. Add the tea leaves to a clay teapot, filling 1 package/8g tea leaves.3. Add boiled water to the pot, infuse tea for only 3 seconds. You can increase the steep time to 30 seconds as you reach final instructions.4.
