Gong fu is the art of doing something well. Gong fu cha, or gong fu tea is an ancient Chinese custom practiced in Chaozhou, a city located in southeast China. Gong fu cha is the implication is that time, dedication and effort will produce an ultimate tea experience.

Although there are many steps in the gong fu tea ceremony, they are easy to master and they usually take less than ten minutes to perform.
