OPEN HOUSE (second Saturday of every month from 1:00-5:00 pm)

  • 1:00-3:00 pm - Introduction and “Who am I” documentary showing

  • 3:00-4:00 pm - Q&A and Meet the practitioners

  • 4:00-5:00 pm - Introduction to Qi Gong and Tai Chi class
