5-6pm             10 minute demonstrations by each practitioner
6-6:30pm      Tai Chi Class with Dr. Wu
6:30-7pm      Qi Gong Class with Dr. Wu on Weight Loss & Prehypertension   
7-7:30pm       Common Chinese Herbal formula for Cold , flu, COVID,  IG problems with Jason
7:30-8pm       Meditation for Anxiety by Portia
