Acupuncture for Fertility

Many factors affect fertility, but sometimes there is no detectable reason as to why a couple is unable to conceive from a Western medical standpoint. It can be very frustrating and anxiety-provoking when you are ready to start a family, and it seems the wait will never end. Whether or not the reasons can be attributed to a Western medical diagnosis, Chinese medicine has proven successful in supporting fertility. From a Chinese medical perspective, infertility may be due to an underlying deficiency or stagnation within the body. Receiving regular acupuncture treatments, supported by Chinese herbal medicine if necessary, can support and regulate the body’s systems to promote fertility.
