  • 6-7pm Tai Chi (with Dr. Wu) - Fengyang Tai Chi Instructors only

Tuesday

  • 9:30-10:30 am - Qi Gong (with Dr. Wu) - Everyone Welcome [held at Elizabeth Park from 6.3.23 - 9.30.23 by the Pondhouse Cafe]

  • 6-7pm Tai Chi (with Dr. Wu) - Fengyang Tai Chi Instructors only

  • 7:30-8:30 pm - (with Dr. Wu) Tai Chi for beginner

Saturday

  • 8:00-9:00 am - Qi Gong (with Dr. Wu) -

  • 9:00-10:00 am - (with Dr. Wu) Tai Chi for beginner

Monthly Rate:  $90 (Dr. Wu’s Qi Gong classes in West Hartford location only ),

Monthly Rate: $150 ( Tuesday and Saturday Tai Chi class 2 times weekly for beginner )
