香薷 Xiang Ru (Hb. moslae) 6g

白扁豆 Bai Bian Dou (Sm. lablab Album) 10g

厚朴 Hou Pu (Cx magnoliae) 10g

滑石 Hua Shi (talc) 30g

甘草 Gan Cao (licorice) 6g

Note: use above formula for common cold in the summer/heat stroke/enteritis/stomach flu

For dysentery: add 6g 黄连 huang lian (golden seal)

There are two ways to prepare this formula:

    There is no need to cook the herbs yourself. All you need to do is to mix 3g (1 tea spoon) of powder with 4 oz of warm water, and drink 2 times a day.
