About SunDo Taoist Healing Arts

SunDo Taoist Healing Arts is the North American Chapter of a worldwide educational non-profit, International SunDo Association. SunDo is a practice that brings balance to the body, mind and spirit through Taoist postures, breathwork and meditation. Integrating these modalities into one holistic practice, SunDo is both breath and body-centered where the consistency of one's own personal practice is the key to self-development and true transformation.

SunDo is a type of Mountain Taoism that does not require another person to act as an intermediary to self-realization. It is a self-cultivating practice that depends upon an individual's ability to sustain his or her own inner process of development.

To achieve the full benefits of SunDo, class attendance and daily practice are encouraged. Members also benefit by attending SunDo retreats which take place several times a year.

SunDo Retreats

The intention during a SunDo retreat creates an environment where meditation, breathwork and energy building are the tools to reate connection, and encourage living close to nature.
