Fengyang External Formula #1
An herbal remedy you can use at home for multiple conditions. Formulated by Dr. Ming Wu.
Combine Equal Parts of :
- 1 gram (about 1/4 tsp) Wu Zhu Yu (Evodia) powder
- 1 gram (about 1/4 tsp) Ground White Pepper
This will yield 1/2 tsp of the herbal remedy powder.
But you can mix more to have enough for the 8 day treatment. To have enough for 8 days, mix 1 TBS of Shan Zhu Yu Fen (Asiatic Dogwood Fruit Powder) and 1 TBS of Ground White Pepper. What is important is to mix equal parts. You can mix more or less depending on how much is needed.

- Acid Reflux
- Digestive Issues
- Foot & Mouth disease
Instructions for Use:
- Make a paste using apple cider vinegar & about 1/2 tsp of herbal powder mix. (You may need to adjust the amount of herbal powder mix and vinegar paste that covers your navel to scale, based on the size of your navel. You may need less powder mix or more.)
- Place on belly button, cover with large size band aid/tape/or gauze.
- Leave on for 8 hours overnight. Remove in the morning, cleaning the area.
- Repeat each night for 8 nights.
(Note: If you experience any irritation such as itchiness or burning on or around your navel, then mix the herbal remedy powder with your saliva, rather than the vinegar.)

Instructions for Use:
- Make a paste using your saliva & about 1/2 tsp of herbal powder mix. (You may need to adjust the amount of herbal powder mix and saliva that covers your navel to scale, based on the size of your navel. You may need less powder mix or more.)
- Place on the K1 meridian point, cover with large size band aid/tape/or gauze. (Note: the K1 point goes to the brain.)
- Leave on for 8 hours overnight. Remove in the morning, cleaning the area.
