Wednesdays: 9:30 am—10:30 am

$98 for each eight-week session
Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art, is practiced to achieve therapeutic benefits, as well as to promote balance and to improve flexibility and overall strength.   The instructor is Ming Wu, PhD. 
 
Qi Gong
Wednesdays: 10:30 am—11:30 am
January 18 - March 07, March 14 - May 02, May 09 - June 27
 
$98 for each eight-week session
Qigong is an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intentions. The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality and enhance the immune system.   The instructor is Ming Wu, PhD.

Cooking with Chi - Class 3 
Date : April 25, 2012 (Wednesday)
Time : 6pm to 9pm
Fee  :  $45.00
a) Vegan dumpling - rice flour, Mila, water, sukini, wood ear mushroom, oyster mushroom
b) MILA Smoothie - sugar-free Almonds milk, blue berries, strawberries, medium-size banana or favorite fruit, Mila

Registration is completed over the phone using a major credit card.  Classes must be paid for in full, 48 hours in advance of the class.  Refunds for cancelations will not be issued after this time.  Emerson Hospital reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather.  There is no tuition reduction if a student is unable to attend all classes.
