Ku Ding Teas are hand harvested in a wild, organic grown in the five finger mountain of Hainan Island, China. This tea has been used traditional in China to helps maintain healthy cholesterol level.

Brewing Directions: Place 4 pieces Ku Ding Tea in 6 fl. Oz Cup, then add boiling water and let it steep for 2-3 minutes before drinking.
