b) MILA Smoothie - sugar-free Almonds milk, blue berries, strawberries, medium-size banana or favorite fruit, Mila
For the third in our four-part cooking series, Ming Wu, PhD, will discuss and demonstrate the application of qi gong principles. You’ll learn how to combine healthy ingredients and cooking techniques to create healthy and delicious Chinese dishes such as vegan dumplings and smoothies. You’ll sample and take recipes home. Attending parts one and two are not a prerequisite.

Registration is completed over the phone using a major credit card. Classes must be paid for in full, 48 hours in advance of the class. Refunds for cancelations will not be issued after this time. Emerson Hospital reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. There is no tuition reduction if a student is unable to attend all classes.
